Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline retail roles (e.g., Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers).
  
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
  
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, dashboards, and reports.
  
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs.
  
• Coordinate with regional HR and store managers for smooth onboarding.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring processes.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR systems.
  
• Interest in retail operations and high-volume recruitment.
