Job Description
Audit
- Candidate shall be responsible to execute audit assignments by working in the team.
- Candidate shall be responsible to overview, co-ordinate, execute and finalise the assignments for Statutory Audits/Internal Audits/Certifications ete and complete the review for the same
with the partners.
- He/She shall coordinate with the client to commence the audits, execute it within the timeframe & draft report for presentation to seniors.
- Soon after the date of joining, the candidate is expected to lead the team and regularly report to the partners.
- The candidate must possess excellent MS Excel skills as most of the audit is to be done through data analysis techniques.
- The candidate should have strong basies. For example, from the transaction itself, he/she should be able to identify which side of P/L or Balance Sheet will be impacted.
- Along with the basic knowledge, the candidate shall be open to and eager to be updated on all relevant amendments changes ete in the applicable laws.
- Should be able to execute the assignments with high level of precision and documentation.
- The candidate is expected to have a high level of time management and organizational skills which are necessary to handle the multiple deadlines and assignments.
GST
- He/She shall be responsible to lead the down line team and closely work towards achieving of all monthly/quarterly/annual and ad hoc deadlines.
- Filing of refund applications & liaising with departments w.r.t SCN/ deficiency memo's etc.
- Preparing data for GSTRO & GSTROC for submission to GST audit team & solving their queries.
- GSTR2A reconciliation & ECL reconciliations.
- Decent level of working knowledge of the Act and applicable amendments is desired
- Be able to reply to queries/doubts ete in a professional manner with reference to the applicable laws and after consulting the seniors.
