Assistant Manager - Legal - Contract Management/Litigation Segment (2-5 yrs)

- B.A.LL.B/B.B.A LL.B/ B.S.L LL.B preferably from a reputed University/Law College/National Law School, etc, duly recognised by Bar Council of India.

- Experience - 2 to 5 years post-qualification

- Must have a reasonable understanding/knowledge of major local language (urdu) customs of the State(s) where the candidate is deputed.

- Effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and adept at maintaining cordial business relations with legal counsels and other internal/external agencies/customers.

- Sound knowledge of Civil, Criminal laws, Telecom/Real Estate laws.

- Should have good communication skills (oral as well as written).

- Ability to multitask & deliver stretched targets.A. Litigation Management

- Handling & managing all sorts of litigations, inter alia, civil, criminal, arbitration, IBC and labour law before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals,interacting with local authorities etc. and maintaining proper records thereof.

- Legal research and analysis for favorable disposal of case.

- Focus on reduction in number of existing litigations.

- Attending court/tribunal hearings in the litigation matters and before local and quasi-judicial authorities.

- Drafting & vetting of legal notices, replies and representations on time and maintaining records including MIS thereof.

- Carrying out due diligence, in coordination with local advocates, of the properties in order to ensure that the same is having clear legal title and is free from all encumbrances while meeting other required parameters.
