Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive business development and franchise growth within the zone.
- Recruit New Franchisees: Identify, approach, and secure new franchisees to expand the organization's network.
- Identify Opportunities: Analyse regions/territories to identify areas with potential for new franchise openings.
- Maintain Prospect Data: Manage and track data on potential franchisees, ensuring regular follow-ups, presentations, and communications.
- Finalize Corporate Alliances: Negotiate and finalize partnerships with prospective clients and brands to facilitate franchise expansion.
- Interface Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and investors to increase the likelihood of closing deals and signing agreements. - Brand
- Representation: Ensure that the organization's mission, programs, products, and services are positively presented to all stakeholders.
- Promotional Strategies: Plan and execute promotional strategies for both new and existing franchisees, tailored to target audiences.
- Sales Targets: Review and achieve required sales targets on a monthly basis. - Franchise Documentation: Handle all aspects of franchise documentation, including agreements and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business development. -
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities. -
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in managing franchise documentation and agreements.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Career gaps should not exceed 9 months.
- Job changes should not be less than 1 year or more than 4 years.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Franchise Growth: Number of new franchisees recruited within the specified timeframe.
- Sales Targets: Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Successful identification and assessment of potential franchise regions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Quality of relationships maintained with franchise partners and investors.
