Job Description
- Sustainability and Impact Division (SID) has been established to facilitate funding for projects & businesses driven primarily by positive - social and environmental impact, across sectors and geographies
- SID with 54+ global clients and 130+ DFIs, Multilateral, Impact Lenders is committed to offering tailored financial solutions to its clientele, which includes mainly Corporates, particularly in Emerging and Frontier Markets across Africa, Latin America and South-East Asia
- The division places an emphasis on projects related to Agri & Food Supply Chain, Renewable Energy & Climate Change, Light Manufacturing, and Essential Infrastructures
- Under this division, we facilitate fund raising for all 17 UNSDGs, and with this growing impetus on environment and sustainability
Job Description :
- Preparation of Information Memorandum / Teaser for the various allocated transactions
- Developing new and managing existing relationships, client management and interactions at all stages with Banks / Institutions
- Research Management & reports preparation for Management & Business Heads
- Active liaison with other product teams on execution strategy for common accounts
- Assisting senior management and representatives of the company for the purposes of giving presentations to, and participating in meetings with, potential lenders
- Closely work with the Credit / Execution Heads in end-to-end execution of Transactions with ESG lenders such as Developmental Financial Institutions, Impact funds, Multilaterals and Regional development banks
- Assisting the company in preparation of project documents & other relevant information for submission to lender(s)
- Assisting the company in disbursement procedure
- Tapping New ESG financiers across geographies
- We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in the domain of Corporate Banking & Project Finance with 4 to 8 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and networking abilities.
- Team Player with capabilities to execute/manage multiple projects and set high standards for client service.
