Job Description • Growing, maintaining, leveraging and Building relationship with community members • • Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the community members needs, concerns, and objectives. • • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. • • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in revenue. • • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions and differentiators. • • Defines long- term organizational strategic goals, identifies business and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. • • Submit weekly & monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. • • Identifying achievable targets and ensure they are met by the team. • • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a members list) are fulfilled within a timely manner. • • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. • • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. • • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company s people and capabilities. • • Understand the company s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company s performance. • • Require the capability & drive to improve the organization s market position. • • Required to work with the internal team, and other managers and thereby maximize revenue for their organization • • Working with web design and community- based e- commerce sites. • • Conducting research to identify new markets • • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. • • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating company needs and goals. • • Promote the company s products/ services addressing or predicting clients objectives • • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines • • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • • Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support • • Develop entry- level staff into valuable salespeople. • • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. • • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Qualifications EXP: 2- 8 years Additional Information Please send your resume at jobs AT blueberrylabs DOT com I'm interested
