Job Description
- Tax Reporting and Compliance - M2Manages a team responsible for preparing and maintaining tax and regulatory records, returns, and reports for internal and/or external clients
- Assists clients with development of tax and other regulatory strategies and makes recommendations for compliance with regulations
- Oversees work performed by the team
- Designs, implements and monitors metrics customized to respective clients
- Presents analysis and tax and other regulatory strategy recommendations to clients
- Manages processes for conducting calculations and reporting on behalf of clients
- Assists clients in addressing tax and/or regulatory questions posed by their investors
- Partners with Corporate Tax to monitor the regulatory landscape and recommends and implements resulting process changes
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
- Manages a team of Tax Reporting and Compliance professionals and support staff
- Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members
- Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred
- Experience in tax reporting and analysis preferred
