Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
  
• Prepare detailed 2D layout plans and 3D visualizations for upcoming outlets (FOFO and COCO).
  
• Work closely with branding and operations teams to evolve design standards for kiosks, cafés, and flagship stores.
  
• Innovate efficient layout solutions for small-format outlets while preserving brand aesthetics.
  
• Execution & Fit-Outs:
  
• Coordinate with franchise partners, ensuring adherence to brand design and technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors during site execution, including civil, electrical, and interior works.
  
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical/design challenges.
  
• Project Management:
  
• Prepare BOQs, GFC drawings, and material specifications aligned with budget targets.
  
• Track project timelines, raise alerts for delays, and ensure delivery within estimated cost and quality.
  
• Maintain a design repository of past projects for optimization and benchmarking.
  
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  
• Manage vendor onboarding, negotiate rates, and ensure alignment with execution standards.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, HVAC, etc.) as needed.
  
• Brand Consistency:
  
• Ensure each outlet represents the vintage-modern brand identity of Uncle Peters Pancakes.
  
• Contribute ideas to improve spatial storytelling and guest experience through design.
