MS Dynamics 365/Power Pages Developer (8-9 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and technically sound D365 Power Pages Developer with strong frontend skills in React or Angular. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and integrate Microsoft Power Pages solutions with modern web development frameworks to deliver dynamic, secure, and scalable web portals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Microsoft Power Pages web portals integrated with D365 Dataverse.

- Customize portal pages using React.js or Angular, enhancing user interface and responsiveness.

- Configure Dataverse components including tables, views, forms, and model-driven apps to support portal functionality.

- Build and maintain reusable components and libraries for dynamic rendering in Power Pages.

- Secure and configure authentication using Azure AD B2C, OAuth, and role-based access.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services via custom connectors or REST APIs.

- Work closely with functional consultants, UI/UX teams, and business analysts to align technical design with business

requirements.

- Ensure solutions are responsive, accessible, and aligned with security and performance standards.

- Conduct unit testing, performance optimization, and participate in deployment activities.

- Provide documentation for architecture, code, deployment, and maintenance guides.

Technical Skills Required :

Core Platform & Tools :

- Microsoft Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals)

- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

- Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement Modules)

Frontend Development :

- React.js (preferred) OR Angular

- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

- JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery

- Responsive design principles & cross-browser compatibility

Backend & Integration :

- Custom Web Templates, Liquid Templates

- Dataverse Web API / FetchXML / OData queries

- RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with Azure Functions

- Basic knowledge of Power Automate and Logic Apps for workflows

Security & DevOps :

- Authentication/Authorization with Azure AD, Azure AD B2C

- Role-based access control in Power Pages

- Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (basic knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

- Microsoft Certifications (Power Platform, D365 Developer, or Azure) are a plus.

- Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), SEO basics, and performance tuning.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
