As a Flow Calibration Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our flow measurement instruments. Working in a state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for performing calibrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Calibration Expertise: Execute precise calibrations on flow measurement instruments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Troubleshoot and rectify any discrepancies in calibration results.
Instrumentation Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of flow meters, sensors, and related instrumentation technologies. Stay updated on advancements in flow measurement technology.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy of flow calibration processes. Collaborate with Quality Control teams to address and rectify any quality issues.
Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with engineering and production teams to provide insights for product improvements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calibration processes and results.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring continuous improvement in calibration processes.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in flow calibration with the knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using calibration equipment and tools. Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving calibration issues.
Analytical Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for precise calibration measurements.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry standards.
