Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - Plant (8-15 yrs)

Looking for Manager / Sr Manager HRBP for Plant Location for EMS Factory.

- Should have Handled HRBP role in last five years.

- In House Consulting with management, providing HR guidance, analyzing trends, resolving employee relations issues, and suggesting HR strategies.

Align HR strategies with business objectives:

- HRBPs work to ensure that HR initiatives support the company's overall strategic goals.

Understand business needs:

- Develop a deep understanding of the business, its challenges, and opportunities, allowing them to tailor HR solutions to specific needs

Provide strategic advice to leaders:

- HRBPs act as trusted advisors, providing insights and guidance on HR-related decisions, particularly during periods of change.

Employee development:

- HRBPs identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and support employee career development.

Performance management:

- They help managers develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that employees are evaluated fairly and that feedback is provided effectively.
