- Should have Handled HRBP role in last five years.
- In House Consulting with management, providing HR guidance, analyzing trends, resolving employee relations issues, and suggesting HR strategies.

Understand business needs:

Provide strategic advice to leaders:
- HRBPs act as trusted advisors, providing insights and guidance on HR-related decisions, particularly during periods of change.
Employee development:
- HRBPs identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and support employee career development.
Performance management:
