Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated TGT English Teacher to join our senior secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about English literature and language and possess the skills to inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for senior secondary (Classes 11 & 12) students, aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
  
• Teach literature, grammar, writing, and language skills with clarity and creativity.
  
• Encourage deep analysis and appreciation of literary texts.
  
• Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations through targeted strategies and practice.
  
• Design and assess assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate student progress.
  
• Provide individualized support and feedback to help students grow.
  
• Maintain a dynamic, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
  
• Participate in school events, academic planning, and faculty collaboration.
  

Qualifications:

• M.A. in English
  
• B.Ed. in English
  
• Prior experience teaching English at the senior secondary level preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• A passion for literature and education
  
• Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools into teaching
