Senior Program Manager - Agile/Scrum (8-12 yrs)

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our business outcomes.

This is a strategic execution role requiring strong planning rigor, stakeholder alignment, and an ability to drive clarity amidst complexity.

You will work across teams engineering, product, operations, and leadership ensuring programs are delivered with speed, accountability, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership :

- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across multiple functions and geographies.

- Define scope, build execution plans, and lead them through to success.

Stakeholder Alignment :

- Act as the connective tissue between leadership, functional teams, and external partners.

- Drive decision-making and remove blockers through structured communication.

Governance & Reporting :

- Establish tracking frameworks (KPIs, milestones, risks) and provide high-quality program reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.

Change Management :

- Manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes with structured impact assessments and proactive mitigations.

Team Enablement :

- Work closely with project owners and functional leaders to align execution with business strategy.

- Support prioritization and capacity planning.

Continuous Improvement :

- Bring a mindset of scale identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices in program and project delivery.

Ideal Profile :

- 812 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a high-growth tech or global enterprise environment.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.

- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

- Excellent communication and executive presence able to distill complexity into clarity.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and fast-paced execution cycles.

- Exposure to tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
