  👉 We are urgently hiring for the following roles in New Delhi (Jhandewalan/Karol Bagh):
  🔹 Executive – Operations (Exp: 2–4 years | Salary: up to ₹3 LPA)
  🔹 Sr. Executive – Operations (Exp: 3–5 years | Salary: up to ₹3.5 LPA)
  🔹 Team Lead – Operations (Exp: 4–6 years | Salary: up to ₹ 5 to 6 LPA)

Job Description

• Vehicle allocation/Tracking as per SOP (share). Briefing to Chauffeur. Timely Dispatch. Tracking for timely service delivery
• ZERO service failure, No refusal
• Driver discipline, Immediate action on the escalations & briefing chauffeurs cordinate with next level
• No-Show duty minimum charge approval,
• Prompt in taking client calls. Update geo location
• Managing Operations/ Vendor Management
• All vendor services are utilized adequately check fleet attendance and talk to vendor
• Daily fleet attendance and utilization share with regionle flet team.
• To ensure COR Drive utilization properly
• Ensure quality (water bottle. Newspaper, Chauffeur Grooming) on call,
• Resolving Vendors Escalations coordinate with Senior
• Following with the chauffeurs for submission of duty slips Toll, Parking timely , disputed Duty slip closure, Manual duty slip closure
• Tracking of calls, ensure agents take calls on dialer
• Attendance tracking and assignment of task
• Equal Duty Distribution
• Nil CRM complaint
• Proper handover of shift
