AI/ML Developer - Data Modeling (2-5 yrs)

Role : Experienced AI/ML Developer

We are looking for someone who can design and implement AI solutions with strong background in Machine Learning techniques like Computer vision (Open CV), Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Statistical Modelling and Inferencing, Information Retrieval, Human Computer Interaction and Information Visualization as well as strong expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, or custom fine-tuned models to build intelligent, scalable, and impactful applications.

Required Experience : 2+years.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Research, design, develop, and test Python code.

- Help the Product and Data Science teams to define core AI/ML platform features.

- Understands business requirements, functional specifications and research pre-trained models that work on real world applications.

- Well-developed analytical and investigative skills.

- Must be skilled and enthusiastic to explore new technologies and knowledge at the

architecture level.

- Must have knowledge of training new or pre-trained models with dataset based on use case and can fine tune models to get maximum accuracy for the given business use case.

Required Experience and Skills :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Utilizing NLP techniques, LangChain, LangFlow and LLM's to develop conversational chatbots

and language models.

- Good knowledge of deploying LLM models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure,GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.

- Proven ability to optimize LLM models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource

utilization.

- Expertise in training Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing workflows based on

Pretraining, Finetuning LLMs & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for specific use cases and domain-specific tasks.

- Develop APIs, pipelines, and frameworks for seamless integration of LLMs into applications.

- Conduct performance evaluations of models and refine them for accuracy, latency, and

scalability.

- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to train and fine-tune models.

- Should have knowledge of Image Recognition, Image Processing, Object detection or any

other OpenCV use case.

- Experience with pre-trained LLMs such as OpenAIs GPT, Googles gemini, Metas LLaMA, or

similar architectures.

- Experience using ML and statistics to solve business problems using AI.

- Knowledge about Deep Learning, CNN, R-CNN and Yolo.

- Intermediate to expert level knowledge and experience working in Python.

- Had a good knowledge on Machine Learning methodologies : Regression, Classification,

Clustering, Predictive Analytics, Natural Language processing, Decision trees, Support Vector

Machines and Neural Networks.

- Classical Optimization (gradient descent, newton raphson, etc), Graph theory (network

analytics), Heuristic optimisation (genetic algorithm, swarm theory). Deep learning (lstm, convolutional nn and recurrent nn).

- Fluency with databases proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (including deep learning

algorithms), Machine Learning and/or NLP.

- Should have knowledge of techniques to transfer data from AI to cloud environments using

message queue implementations like Kafka, AMQP etc.

- Must have knowledge of ML techniques, design and implementation experience around

custom deep learning models trained on business-specific data.

- Ability to apply cutting-edge developments in cognitive computing to solve challenging client problems.

- The candidate must also have expertise in programming traditional machine learning

algorithms, algorithm design & usage and AI Algorithms.

- Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
