AI/ML Developer - LLM/GPT (3-8 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative AI/ML Developer with over 3 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models and working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3 or LaMDA.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and experience with Python and modern data analysis tools. This is a key role within our data science and product innovation team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications involving predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, or generative AI.

- Work with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, LaMDA, Claude, etc., to develop NLP-based applications (chatbots, summarizers, classifiers, etc.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured datasets.

- Build NLP pipelines using tokenization, lemmatization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition (NER), etc.

- Optimize model performance using tuning, validation techniques, and A/B testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, integrate models into production environments, and ensure robust monitoring and evaluation.

- Document models, pipelines, and workflows with clarity and maintain reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and transformer-based architectures like BERT, GPT, T5, etc.

- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and applications in NLU/NLG.

- Proficiency in Python and popular libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.

- Experience with data analysis tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

- Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, and deploying ML models in production.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI).

- Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD pipelines for AI models is a plus
