Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer for Real Estate Projects, with a focus on execution, your primary
responsibility will be to oversee the practical implementation of electrical systems in real
estate developments. You will ensure that electrical designs are accurately brought to life,
adhering to safety standards, codes, and project timelines. Your role will encompass project
management, construction supervision, and quality control to deliver successful real estate
projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Construction Oversight: Lead and supervise electrical installation and construction
activities on real estate projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications,
codes, and safety standards.
2. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to create
detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for the electrical components of real
estate projects.
3. Contractor Management: Select, contract, and manage electrical contractors, sub-
contractors, and vendors. Ensure that they deliver work in accordance with project

requirements.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical
systems are installed correctly and are fully operational. Conduct regular inspections
to identify and address issues promptly.
5. Troubleshooting: Quickly respond to and resolve any electrical system issues or
discrepancies that arise during construction to prevent delays and ensure project
continuity.
6. Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, change
orders, and as-built drawings. Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily
accessible.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary
permits and approvals. Ensure project compliance with local building codes and
regulations.
