Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) and ensure it aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to support promotional activities, events, and partnerships.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
