General Manager - Retail - Store Rollout & Fixtures (18-25 yrs)

- Team management - manage a pan India distributed team and communicate to all individuals effectively.

- Stakeholder management - smooth and effective handling of internal and external client teams, production partners.

- Conduct regular, scheduled team as well as stakeholder review meetings.

- Handling Pre-Opening operations and coordinating with the Vendors and leading the team.

- Projects overall supervision & Execution of Complete Interior and Electrical work.

- Vendor management for quality fixture production and adherence to the brand standards.

- Planning and driving Project Management consultancy to achieve desired results.

- Comprehensive knowledge of wood, metals and LED Lights.

- Coordinate with procurement team for supplies of goods & materials.

- Coordinate with design team to understand the store layout.

- Verifying the fixtures according to the drawings and Align installation of the fixture.

- Review of all the layout documents, Store Planning & Facilities.

- Align installation of the fixture and submitting the final completion report for billing.

- For each project, the Project Manager will oversee project budgets, schedules and project design. They will liaise with consulting teams (Operations, Procurement and Visual) to ensure the program requirements are incorporated into the project and critical timelines and project information are communicated. He will oversee the completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
