Job Description:

Accountabilities:

- To establish the Men's wear & Women's wear fashion brand.

- P&L Responsibility, Retail business management.

- Mentor and lead Operations, buying and merchandising, new store roll out & store layouts, marketing & branding, visual merchandising, commercial, supply chains and HR teams.

- Active involvement in product development & pricing, merchandise management - Range planning, Deployment, Re- ordering, Replenishment

- Managing all aspects of the Retail Division for the brand & responsible for brand P&L.

- Responsible for maximizing turnover and improving profitability by defining & monitoring Retail KPIs, support boutique management in laying down action plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

- Closely working with MEIA and local teams including Finance, Marketing, After Sales Service, Training & VM in order to synergize the needs of all departments in achieving common corporate objectives.

- Planning & executing business expansion including identification of potential locations, finalization of commercials, boutique design & CAR approval etc.

- Sales planning & budgeting, implementation of merchandising principles in alignment with HQ & regional HO.

- Developing & implementing training strategies for country. Monitoring training consistency and team's progress.

- Ensuring excellence in client experience & level of service & outlining relevant action plan to improve client journey.

- Supervising client related projects like In store activations, VIP treatments, visit to manufacturers etc.
