Production Engineer

Key Purpose of the Job :

This job exists to handle a shift independently with optimum resources, provide technical support, troubleshooting, and production target achievement in adherence to the quality, and safety mandates.

Required Skills:

1. Graduate Degree in Chemical or Petro Chemical Engineering

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in a Continuous/batch process in Chemical Plants.

3. Polymerization, Petrochemical, Hazardous Chemicals manufacturing industries.

Job Details :

1. Adherence to the Production plan with optimal resources.

2. Ensuring Man, Machine, and Process safety

3. Ensure production efficiency through preventive and predictive systems.

4. Equipment life enhancement through preventive and predictive maintenance

5. Ensure documentation procedures adhere to the Integrated Management System in all production activities.

6. Standard Operating Procedures adherence

Knowledge Criteria :

Process knowledge

- Functional/ Technical knowledge

- Ability to troubleshoot

- Knowledge of the quality and safety standards

- Knowledge of the equipment and machinery

- Working knowledge of SAP

- Knowledge of Production Tools 5S
