IT Assistant

a)Training and general maintenance of Smart Classes

b)Support e-learning initiatives of the school

c)Diagnose and troubleshooting faults and provide general technical support

d)Monitoring tools and reports

e)Provide assistance and training to staff

f)Documentation and preparing reports

g)Training of teachers in use of Interactive whiteboards in the classroom

h)Perform light administrative duties on network servers

i)Perform system upgrades as necessary for software and hardware related components as needed

j)Monitor backup procedures and perform occasional recoveries to ensure backup integrity

k)Assisting vendors and service providers of IT equipment and supplies for efficient and effective operations

l)Liaising with the Digital Enablement Department

2)COMPUTER TRAINING

a)Deliver training to staff in using computers and other technologies

b)Individual or group training sessions

c)Mentoring and support in using computers to all staff members d)Evaluation and feedback

e)Reporting and progress tracking

3)ERP

a)Data maintenance with ERP Coordinator

b)Training and assisting staff members

c)Liaising with the ERP department at CMS Head Office

4)Apart from above duties the person will be participating and contributing in all the activities necessary for the smooth functioning of the campus and will do any other work reasonably assigned by the campus Principal and Head Office.
