About the Company:
Clowderin LLP is launching an exciting new venture focused on transforming how medical organizations connect and collaborate. We're building technology-led solutions that simplify staffing, communication, and coordination across the healthcare ecosystem.
Role Overview:
We seek a driven and personable Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead outreach efforts with medical stakeholders across the Ernakulam district. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular in-person appointments. The ideal candidate will have B2B experience, especially in the healthcare domain, strong communication skills, and an established professional social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate both virtual and on-site meetings with key decision-makers
- Conduct on-site visits to assist with onboarding and relationship building
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and support
- Represent the company across digital platforms to promote brand visibility and trust
- Gather feedback from clients to help shape product development and strategy
Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in or near the Ernakulam district and willing to travel locally
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B experience, preferably with healthcare clients
- Proven background in customer relationship management
- Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Technology: Comfortable with CRM tools, email, video conferencing, and digital communication
- Social Media: Active and professional presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Mobility: Preferably owns a two-wheeler and holds a valid driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational background in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
- Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-focused tech solutions
- Familiarity with community engagement or digital outreach is a bonus
