Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior S/4HANA BASIS Consultant to join ongoing support and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP BASIS administration, strong hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and should be able to work independently on installations, upgrades, system copies, performance tuning, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform SAP S/4HANA BASIS administration, including installations, upgrades, patches, and system copies.

- Support SAP systems like S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, SAP Router, etc.

- Handle transport management, client administration, user administration, job scheduling, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Manage HANA database administration, backups, replication setup, and performance monitoring.

- Implement and support high-availability and disaster recovery setups.

- Coordinate with functional and development teams to ensure system readiness.

- Perform pre/post system refresh activities and early watch alert analysis.

- Work on integration scenarios with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members.

- Interact with SAP support for OSS tickets and implement SAP Notes and patches.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

- Expertise in S/4HANA systems including greenfield and brownfield implementations.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP HANA DB, Linux OS, and SAP Cloud Connector.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.2) for system monitoring, CHARM, and technical operations.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori Launchpad, Gateway configurations, and Web Dispatcher.

- Proven ability in performance tuning and troubleshooting across SAP landscapes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP upgrades/migrations using SUM, DMO, SWPM.

- Working knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure related to SAP workloads (preferred).

- SAP certification in BASIS or HANA (advantageous).
