Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fullstack Lead Developer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong fullstack development background, proven technical leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring project success in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and delivery.

- Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to define and deliver new features.

- Enforce best engineering practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

- Promote Agile methodologies and lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Ensure application performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Guide technical decision-making, architecture planning, and technology adoption.

- Proactively identify risks and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of fullstack development experience with a minimum of 2 years in a technical lead role.

- Strong backend development skills using Node.js and/or Python.

- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or AngularJS.

- Deep understanding of both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases.

- Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong foundation in Agile development practices and team collaboration.

- Proven ability to implement and advocate best engineering practices.

- Hands-on experience in leading development teams, code reviews, and mentoring developers.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).

- Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
