Workflow Automation/System Integration Specialist - MS Intune (8-10 yrs)

Workflow Automation & System Integration :

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation within Intune and adjacent Microsoft technologies.

- Design, implement, and manage efficient workflows using Intune, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft tools.

- Integrate Intune with systems and services such as Azure AD, Power BI, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and third-party solutions to enable seamless process automation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements and functional specifications.

- Maintain technical documentation for all integrations and workflows developed.

- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow and integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to internal teams on Intune workflows and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) configuration, administration, and security.

- Strong knowledge of device compliance, configuration profiles, and conditional access policies.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation within the Intune environment.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure AD, and security/compliance center configurations.

- Hands-on experience with workflow tools like Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

- Experience in systems and data integration within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Understanding of industry security standards such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills for endpoint, policy, and workflow issues.

- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, or MD-102.

- Familiarity with MDM/MAM concepts and other endpoint management tools.

- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments or Azure IaaS/PaaS integration
