Java Backend Lead

Hi All,

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period - Only Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Java 8.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
