Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, explaining product/services, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.

- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.

- Provide information about products/services and generate interest.

- Schedule appointments or demos as required.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM.

- Follow-up with leads and maintain consistent communication.

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

- Handle objections and present suitable solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.

- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil/Hindi/Regional language - customize as needed].

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in BPO / Telemarketing / Telesales environment.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
