Graduate/undergraduate, Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the education sector, Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English; additional languages are a plus, Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently, Responsibilities-
Make outbound calls to prospective centers/consultants to introduce educational programs, Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures, Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel, Provide accurate information to help centers/consultants make informed admissions, Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process, Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings, Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective partners/centers have all necessary information,
