Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling our suite of IT products and services to large enterprises. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in enterprise IT sales, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers and closing complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level customers for our IT solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Understand customer needs and challenges, and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to align on account strategy and execution.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Sales force, Hub Spot).
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years of proven enterprise sales experience in IT products/services (SaaS, cloud, managed services, cyber security, etc.).
Strong network and understanding of the enterprise technology landscape.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage long sales cycles.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, MBA preferredQualifications:
Experience selling to verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Telecom.
Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, cyber security, or enterprise software.
Existing relationships with IT decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
