Job Description
- 10+ years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementation project, upgrade/migration project experience of ECC/ HANA system on premise or on Cloud IaaS hosting (Azure, AWS & GCP)
- Hands on experience in design, configuring, monitoring, tuning, test and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis as well as scheduling and executing the SAP transport system and batch management.
- Represent BASIS in Stakeholder/ Relationship meetings; Coordinate and work with the SAP Compliance team to ensure that system and data security guidelines are adhered to in the design and set up of the SAP environment. Similarly interact with development teams, configuration teams, various technical support teams, and business stakeholders to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance
- Development and maintenance of policies and procedures relating to operation and support of the SAP environment covering change management, including backup/restore, disaster recovery, audit and in conjunction with the hosting team maintenance of the technical infrastructure reference documents such as technical architecture, interface references, hardware and software assets.
- Lead and coordinate with third parties the troubleshooting and resolution of problems related to performance issues
- Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades; Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with the organizational goals
- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Certification is preferred
- At least two references should be provided

- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and in English
- Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in the given time frame

- Should have leadership qualities
