Business Development Manager (Geotechnical)

We are looking for a dynamic professional for Geotechnical Business Development with strong technical knowledge of Pile Load Testing (PDA, Anchor, Crown methods). The role includes client visits, identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, project costing, and technical planning. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a sound understanding of geotechnical services and testing.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Lead BD initiatives and secure new projects
• Manage client relationships and conduct site visits
• Supervise project teams and ensure delivery goals
• Evaluate technical feasibility and oversee costing/planning
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments

Preferred candidate profile:-

• B. Tech/M. Tech Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in geotechnical services or business development
• Strong technical knowledge of Pile Load Testing (PDA, Anchor, Crown)
• Experience in client interaction and project acquisition
• Skilled in preparing proposals, project costing, and technical planning
• Good understanding of geotechnical investigation and testing services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
