Project Manager (Geotechnical Special Test)

We are seeking a geotechnical professional with expertise in conducting special foundation tests, including Pile Load Testing (PDA, Anchor, Crown, Kentledge methods), Plate Load Testing, and Cross-Hole Sonic Logging (CSL). The role involves planning, executing, and supervising pile tests, analyzing results, and preparing technical reports. Experience in handling test equipment, field coordination, and knowledge of relevant codes and safety standards is essential.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Manage field & lab testing projects
• Lead client communication & site coordination
• Supervise engineers and technicians
• Interpret results and ensure reporting accuracy
• Plan resources, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety & testing standards

Preferred candidate profile:-

• B. Tech/M. Tech Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• 4 to 8 years of experience in geotechnical special testing
• Hands-on experience with Pile Load Tests (PDA, Anchor, Crown, Kentledge)
• Knowledge of Plate Load Testing and Cross-Hole Sonic Logging (CSL)
• Skilled in handling test equipment and on-site execution
• Strong understanding of relevant IS codes and safety standards
• Ability to interpret results and prepare technical reports
• Good coordination skills for managing field teams and clients
• Willing to travel to project sites as required
