Human Resource Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead and manage local recruitment activities for sales, technical support, and after-sales service teams.

2. Develop effective hiring strategies and candidate pipelines tailored to the India medical device market.

3. Coordinate with the headquarters HR and business teams in China to align talent acquisition goals.

4. Support employee onboarding, local labor law compliance, and HR operations.

5. Build employer branding initiatives through campus recruitment, job fairs, and online platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong understanding of India labor laws and employment practices.

2. Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).

3. Independent, proactive, and results-oriented team player
