- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting labs, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the application and service teams to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare timely reports.
- Work closely with the distributor network and ensure availability and timely delivery of products.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Experience:.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Strong understanding of immunology and the specific medical devices being sold.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates with a background in Immunology will be preferred.
