Job Description

  • Identify the right segments and right workflows post thorough data analysis on the clients historical data.
  • Identify the right promotional and holiday bulk emails campaign and prepare bi-yearly marketing.
  • Ensure the client is on-boarded smoothly with a hassle-free list & existing workflow migration and third-party integrations Generate and deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to review the work done and analyse statistics, metrics, and provide recommendations for further improvements.
  • Utilize staff and resources to produce quality content for the execution of the campaigns planned.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using Engage by ConvertCart.
  • Set quarterly revenue contribution goals for an account, track the performance, publish the quarterly reports to Client Success Manager, Conduct PDCA or RCA and provide the learnings from the previous sprint.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Manage prospect and customer database including creating and updating lists, segmenting data, and hygiene.
  • Build and constantly improve the client's integrated marketing strategy and workflow performance.
  • Assist Subject Matter Expert & Product Manager in Market research, New workflow automation ideas, process improvement & automation, Segment identification and creation.

Professional Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with marketing campaigns for clients.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience working in Email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviya, Etc
  • Should be able to build and deploy campaigns in production independently.
  • Require a good understanding of HTML, and CSS, build responsive email templates, and troubleshoot rendering issues in email templates.
  • Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and requests.
  • Data analysis & insight generation
  • Good articulation and communication

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in handling marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing techniques and changing trends in online space. Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable self-starter who can work independently. Strong written and verbal skills.
