We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to enhance Coverfox Group's brand presence across business verticals. This role is key to ensuring consistent, authentic, and impactful brand storytelling while driving market growth and customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to strengthen the brand, increase market share, and drive customer loyalty. Your role will encompass end-to-end management of brand strategy, positioning, and content management to ensure that Coverfox resonates with its audience authentically and compellingly.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand equity and achieve business goals
- Campaigns: Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to boost brand engagement
- Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure the brand's messaging, tone, and visual identity are consistently applied across all communications and platforms
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaboration & Budget Management: Work with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with product and sales strategies; manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives deliver value and meet financial objectives.
- Performance: Track metrics, optimize strategies, and report ROI
- Product Launches: Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute successful launches, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy
- Agency and Vendor Management: Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative work and media placements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, and social media
- Proven ability in storytelling, communication, and multi-channel marketing
- Familiarity with ATL/BTL campaigns and social media analytics
- Preference for candidates with B2C Fintech or B2B SaaS Fintech experience
- Blend of creativity and analytical skills, with D2C/large-scale brand or ad agency experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
