Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Prepare and file necessary ROC forms and returns on time.
• Conduct Board Meetings, General Meetings, and maintain statutory registers and records.
• Draft and review company policies and ensure legal governance and regulatory compliance.
• Validate and review all client contracts, vendor agreements, Rental Agreements and other legal documents.
• Maintain and update the Contract Management System with version control and documentation.
• Highlight and monitor key contract terms, milestones, and due dates for timely action.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for handling litigation and legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
• Appear in courts as a Management Representative for company-related legal proceedings
