We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Designer and Developer with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience

As a Senior WordPress Designer and Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing WordPress-based websites and applications while overseeing project execution and providing guidance to the team

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
Lead and manage a team of designers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within agreed-upon parameters.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues or bugs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in WordPress development.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, content creators, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Perform website maintenance, updates, and enhancements as required, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites and applications.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4 to 8 years of professional experience in WordPress design and development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development and customization.
Advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and MySQL.
Experience with responsive web design, mobile optimization techniques, and familiarity with popular frameworks like Bootstrap.
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards.
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, caching mechanisms, and SEO best practices for WordPress websites.
Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services into WordPress.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to mentor and guide junior team members.
