Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI integration, IoT systems, and electrical panel building for industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, control systems, and manufacturing processes, capable of delivering end-to-end automation solutions and supporting plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control panels, including schematic preparation, wiring diagrams, and component selection.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) and integrate with HMIs for various automation processes.
• Work with IoT-enabled devices and SCADA systems to collect and analyze machine/process data.
• Supervise panel assembly, testing, and quality checks as per IEC/IS standards.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and debugging at the clients or internal site.
• Maintain and upgrade electrical systems and automation software to improve efficiency.
• Prepare documentation including I/O lists, PLC logic diagrams, manuals, and maintenance SOPs.
• Coordinate with mechanical and software teams for system integration and optimization.
• Monitor energy consumption, suggest improvements, and support predictive maintenance strategies using IoT tools.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and factory regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial automation
• Strong command of PLC programming (ladder logic, function blocks) and HMI configuration
• Familiar with panel building, wiring practices, and electrical standards (IS/IEC)
• Basic knowledge of IoT technologies, MQTT, edge computing, and cloud connectivity
• Experience using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools for schematic design
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
