Reporting to Recruitment Manager.

Graduate with 5 years experience in recruitment process.

Responsible for

► Updating job descriptions, Screen resumes or applications.

►Maintain rapport with manpower consultants, examining, shortlisting applications and coordination with candidates and interviewers.

► Draft and release advertisement in local newspapers, conduct walk-in interviews and job fairs.

►Exposure to handle various Job portals and use of social media for job posting is essential.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Understanding of technical and non-technical roles in manufacturing (e.g., engineers, machine operators, quality inspectors, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliances.
• Exposure to blue-collar and campus recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Fluent in [local language] and English.
