- Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with the founder for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging trends in the digital landscape.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day revenue generation of Donatekart, ensuring revenue and CAC targets are met through paid marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, social media strategists, and graphic designers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across Meta, Google, Moengage and other paid channels, ensuring audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee campaign management, including smooth launches, optimizations, and transitions.
Guide the Product and Business Development teams on lead and product quality control (QC).
- Track, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly marketing KPIs, providing insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reallocate resources based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Video Production, and IT for seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search rankings while maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing performance marketing and meeting revenue goals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
- Ability to craft and execute ad creative strategies that resonate with the audience.
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus
