Responsibilities :

Make sales : Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services

Understand customer needs : Tailor services to meet customer needs

Provide customer service : Answer customer questions, evaluate complaints, and provide solutions

Process orders : Process orders, forms, and applications

Update customer information : Take customer information and update it in the database

Follow up : Follow up with customers via email or phone

Skills :

Communication : Be able to communicate well with customers over the phone

Negotiation : Be able to negotiate with customers to close sales

Product knowledge : Have a deep understanding of the products or services being sold

- Goals Meet or exceed sales targets and Boost revenue through phone sales.

Qualifications :

- Graduate & Under graduate
