Equity Dealer - Call & Trade

Role:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Equity Dealer Call & Trade to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client calls, executing trades across Capital Markets and F&O segments, and ensuring a seamless trading experience through our call and trade desk.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound and outbound calls via recorded lines to assist customers with trading, accounts, or financial products.
• Execute buy/sell orders for shares, derivatives, and other securities as per customer instructions.
• Trade on behalf of customers and provide real-time updates on prices, market insights, and trade confirmations.
• Confirm all order details with customers prior to execution to avoid errors and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist customers in using the trading platform, including placing orders and tracking their portfolios.
• Resolve issues such as order rejections, fund transfers, and trade discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, orders placed, and actions taken during customer interactions.
• Monitor real time market movements during trading hours to ensure timely and precise order execution.
• Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory compliance requirements when handling trades and client information.
• Escalate unresolved issues or any unusual trading activity to the compliance and risk team.
• Keep up with market news, company announcements, and broader economic trends

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge and detailed understanding of trading terminals and all products offered by the exchanges.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in the equity dealing domain, specifically in the Capital Market and F&O segments.
• Certifications: NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series-VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management) certifications are mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic start-up environment
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of Excel
