Job Description
Monitoring of RW stock on daily basis, Co-processing of Solid RW, 5S implementation at co-processing area, Process optimization, Action plan to achieve the desired TSR%, Production planning, Maintenance planning of the section to meet the KPI. If any abnormality found then inform to concern for Corrective and preventive action. Interact with cross-functional team for betterment of the section. Monitoring of RW Sampling by QA team for better utilization of the same.
Identifying and bringing to the notice of HOD for unnecessary interlocks / idle running of equipments . Continuous monitoring of trends along with process parameters & TSR%. Ensure efficient running of the equipment. Running RW circuit with logic control. Planning with team to achieve the KPI of the section.
Co-ordinate with cross-functional team for no load trials of all equipment of the section. Ensure the equipment healthiness for co-processing of RW. Inspect the quality of co-processed green fuel with QA team. Make plan for next few days according to stock availability & Quality norms (Chlorine input to the system).
