Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the sales department, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales team members
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
