Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant operations.
- Conduct shutdown planning, execution, and post-shutdown activities for smooth plant operation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ammonia manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance practices and optimize overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of maintenance work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with expertise in ammonia manufacturing industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of MIS systems and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in breakdown analysis, shutdown planning, and utility management.
