Delphi - Manager - Finance (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Analyze financial data and generate reports to guide business decisions and strategy.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and financial statement preparation.

- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.

- Manage and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, risk management, and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.

- Proficiency with financial software (e.g, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
