- This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft programs driving impactful client engagements, craft winning business strategies, create standout proposals, and ensure smooth collaboration between our sales and delivery teams-all while making a real impact on our growth journey.

What You'll Do:
Microsoft Program Management:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft programs, portals, and technologies within the client portfolio.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with the sales team.
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential clients.
Client Engagement & Proposals:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that highlight value and benefits.
Data-Driven Strategy:
- Analyze customer and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide management with detailed reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
Implementation Support:
- Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth sales-to-delivery transitions.
- Ensure all requirements are documented and aligned with client needs.
Process Improvement:
- Design and implement policies and workflows to support business objectives.
Proactive Leadership:
- Foster teamwork, maintain client and internal relationships, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
- Stay dynamic, avoid procrastination, and think beyond assigned tasks to drive success.
What You'll Bring:
