Executive - Sales - Fire Safety & Security Solution (1-2 yrs)

Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing

- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for the Fire Installation, AMC and Audit Services.

- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects. Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.

- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and

- nurture prospect relationships.

- Responsible for Installation and Annual Maintenance contracts (including Spares) selling for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Electronic Security Safety Solutions like CCTV & Access Control System.

- Mumbai-Marol, Andheri

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.

- Proven experience in AMC and / or Project sales of Fire Fighting & Alarm Systems or Pest Control Services or Elevators, Access Control Systems, CCTV, etc.

- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to fire protection systems (e.g., NFPA, IS Standard, NBC) is desirable but not necessary.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet sales targets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

- Pleasant personality with good presentation skills.

- Proficiency in using social media applications for generating leads and creating brand awareness.

- Willingness to travel and work with flexible hours as needed.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet customer commitments and sales targets
